Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, regardless of the shipping method selected.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Same-day shipping is not available.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link within 48 hours. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders may only be canceled or modified before fulfillment begins.
Once a packing slip or tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
If you believe an error was made, contact contact@secretscenta.com immediately. Changes are not guaranteed.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
• A reshipping fee may apply
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact contact@secretscenta.com as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before dispatch.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
We ship to most international destinations.
Import duties, customs fees, VAT, and local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for:

• Country-specific import restrictions
Customers are responsible for cooperating with their local customs authorities.

Package Protection & Lost Orders
All shipments are insured by default.
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

• A carrier investigation will be initiated
• A replacement or refund will be issued where applicable
