• You may open the package to check the diffuser color. If the color does not meet your expectations, an exchange may be requested, provided the diffuser has not been used.
• If the fragrance does not meet expectations, an exchange may be requested, provided the diffuser has not been used.
• Used diffusers are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a verified technical or functional issue.
• If a diffuser has been used and a malfunction occurs, contact contact@secretscenta.com before returning the product. The fragrance oil reservoir must be completely emptied prior to return.
• Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
• Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
